Jonathon May is a physical therapist with more than 9 years of experience in the PT field. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Pacific Lutheran University and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Baylor University.
As his children became more involved in sports, specifically running, Jonathon recognized a need to specialize in running mechanics. This led him to obtain his Certified Running Gait Analysis (CRGA) specialty, enabling him to help athletes of all levels improve their mechanics, enhance performance, and prevent injuries.
In addition to his running specialty, Jonathon holds a certification in Postpartum and Pregnancy Corrective Exercises (PCES). As a generalist PT, he treats a wide range of conditions including aches and pains, joint replacements, post-op rehab, vertigo, and more—always committed to providing the best care for every patient who walks through his door.

Runners: What if one small change in your stride could make running easier, faster, and pain-free?
Many runners think injuries or slow progress are just part of training. But often the real issue is running mechanics — things like stride length, cadence, posture, or how your foot strikes the ground.
At Strive Running & Recovery, our Running Analysis takes a detailed look at how you run using video analysis and movement testing. We evaluate things like mobility, stability, and strength to identify what might be limiting your performance or causing discomfort.
Once we see what’s going on, we provide personalized recommendations and exercises designed to help you improve efficiency, reduce injury risk, and get more out of every run.
Whether you’re training for a race, trying to stay injury-free, or just want running to feel better, this assessment can make a huge difference.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) involves breathing pure oxygen in a pressurized chamber (1.4 ATA), allowing your body to absorb significantly more oxygen than normal.
This helps:
- Accelerate healing and recovery
- Reduce inflammation
- Improve circulation
- Support cellular repair
In short: HBOT helps your body heal faster and perform better by delivering oxygen where it’s needed most.
